4 months

My little baby is getting to be not so little anymore! I feel like I can really tell how big he's getting to be when I lay him down in his crib. He used to look so tiny in it and now he stretches out and takes up so much space. We go in for his 4 month well visit next week so I'll be curious to see how much he's actually grown. We recently started to give him some rice cereal in the evening and he is LOVING it! He just gobbles it up and actually starts to fuss in between each bite - you can't get it into his mouth fast enough. He also just started to roll from his tummy to his back so he's now rolling over both ways. He's doing a lot better with his tummy time and seems to enjoy it a lot more now that he's gotten strong enough to hold his head up further. He's also begun laughing a lot and has started to do a deep belly laugh. It's so funny to us once he gets going! Oh, we're such suckers for him!!!

Luckily he is one of the calmest and best dogs ever because Carter was laying here kicking him in the face - he didn't even move though... Big smiles!

He's starting to put any and everything into his mouth - if it gets nearby and he can grab it, straight into the mouth!

Deciding he was a big fan! Here's a little video of Carter with his cereal - kinda dark and probably not that exciting to anyone else but us, but we thought it was funny how he was slurping up the cereal and taking his hands to basically shove the spoon and food into his mouth. Don't think I'll need to worry about him liking food!

Since he gets so impatient when he's eating Dane decided he would just try to let him slurp it out of the bowl - Carter thought this was a wonderful idea!
A lot more messy though!
