February (minus a trip to Durango)

Some mornings when I go in to get Owen he's pressed up against the bars and looks like a little baby in jail 

He's always wrapped up with his blankie and is big smiles though.

A little story time with Dad

We got Owen a new convertible car seat prior to our trip to Durango so he'd hopefully be more comfy on the car ride down there.  Seemed to work pretty well and he was pretty happy when he was testing it out.  

We headed to the Children's Museum one day and Leanne came with me and we met Courtney and Emmery.  I was soooooo glad Leanne came with me because it was super crowded and Landon was not having the greatest of days.  This was shortly before he started to just lose it for the day when he was enjoying the train room.

Another day Landon was thoroughly enjoying a big blue sucker Leanne got him while we walked around Target

The boys playing nicely together.  They seem to either get along great or are trying to punch each other - not too much middle ground.  

One day we were playing outside and Owen kept trying to eat his hat and pulling the ear flaps over in front of his face so he could chew on them so I had to flip them up.  Still a happy little camper though.

We were headed to the park one day and Carter had a backpack with some toys and then told me he needed to bring a gun "just in case."  Apparently he thinks our neighborhood is a little sketchy.

Carter is my little photographer.  He loves to take pictures and he was having fun taking pictures of Owen one day.  Once he can figure out how to get the camera to focus I think he'll actually be able to take some pretty good pictures.  

There's a bunch of construction going on in our neighborhood and they're building a couple of new neighborhoods so the boys have been loving all the construction equipment.  We've gone over a couple times and parked and they have the greatest time just watching everything.  Easy entertainment.  

More park time - wherever Carter is, Landon is close behind.  

Luckily Owen is quite content to just sit and play with the woodchips

My cute little sleeping buddy.  Carter loves to have slumber parties when Dane's on shift and thinks it's so fun to sleep in the "big bed."
