We found out today that we will be having a boy (or a little hockey player as Dane likes to think of him). We are SO EXCITED to be having a boy!!! I don't think Dane can wait to have someone to play with and to take skiing and rock climbing and play hockey with and on and on... It was also so nice to hear during our ultrasound that the baby is looking great and developing just as he should be. We could see the 4 chambers of the heart, the stomach, the bladder, the spine and all ten finger and toes. It was so fun to watch too as we learned he is quite a little wiggle worm - or at least he was during the ultrasound. With all that wiggling though we got a clear shot to know that it is definitely a boy. We couldn't be happier to be welcoming a little boy into our family and were so relieved to know that he is healthy and developing normally. I've been so worried about everything lately so it was really nice to get to see him. It's also crazy to think that we're about half way through the pregnancy. Our little guy will be here with us in a blink of an eye it seems like! We are so excited to get to meet our little boy though! As Dane also liked to point out - Obama inaugurated today, we find out we're having a boy; coincidence, he thinks not. :)
