While I think you can tell who's who in this picture you can also see a lot of similarities between Carter and Landon. They are about the same age in this picture and wearing one of my favorite shirts - makes their eyes even more blue (their unexplained, seemingly genetically impossible blue eyes). Eyes are definitely shaped the same, chubby cheeks and the same smile. I think Landon's nose scrunch is the quickest way to tell it's him. I have a feeling in 20 years I may look at baby pictures and have no idea which boy it is though :)
A couple weekends ago Landon and I headed to a baby shower for Hannah (someone I used to work with at Antero). Since we were both all dressed up Dane snapped a few pictures of me and my little man. Carter was in taking a nap so he missed out.

Sweet Everly shared some of her snack with Landon at the shower - though I think she wondered why he was stealing all her food :)
While we were at the shower, Dane and Carter went to the zoo. I'd gotten Carter these animal masks earlier in the morning from Target and he was very excited to bring them to the zoo and wear them.
The night before we'd met Tori, Joe, Ashton and Elam at Maggiano's for dinner. After we'd all eaten I took Carter and Elam outside and they had a ton of fun chasing each other around. They were doing laps around the grass and here Elam is about to lap Carter.
Elam also taught Carter how to climb trees
It's fun to watch them play together. I think Elam finally decided Carter's not so bad - I don't think he ever thought he was too fun when he was just a baby :)
