Welcome to the Terrible Twos Landon!

Landon you are such a 2 year old right now!  Mine and no are your favorite words and both are typically yelled at anyone who comes near your stuff - even the dogs.  You seem to think everyone is out to get your stuff (can't blame him with how often Carter tries to steal toys from him though).  The last year has been so full of firsts for you.  You have definitely transformed into a little boy and I can't believe it.  We refer to you as the man baby because you're so gigantic and solid.  We foresee a future linebacker in you - especially after we see how easily you can now take down your brother.  Payback is finally happening for you and it's hard for us not to laugh because we've been warning Carter for the last year that he'd have it coming.  You definitely love all things boy related and love trains, cars, planes, firetrucks, construction equipment - basically any sort of mode of transportation.  You also love music and to dance and sing.  You love to jump when you're dancing which is usually pretty hilarious because you put a huge effort into it and get maybe 1/2" off the ground.  You keep working on getting higher and higher though.  You've followed suit with your big brother and love Cars and Mighty Machines. More accurately you love the opening songs and to dance to them.  We listen to them over and over and over.  You love to be outside running around and the sandbox is one of your favorite places to hang out.  You are also obsessed with sharks and carry a plastic one around with you all the time.  The best part is you don't just say shark, you have to say "aaaahhhhh, shark!"  You absolutely love to be thrown around by your dad and pretty much demand he do it as soon as he gets home.  We also joke that you may be bipolar (as all 2 year olds are) based on your extreme moods.  You're either super happy and in a great mood or life is over and tantrums are common.  As you start to talk more and more we seem to be getting the tantrums worked out.  You just get frustrated and don't know what to do.  You are cute as could be though and have these long killer eyelashes that make it hard for me to stay mad at you too long after a freak out.  I think I've got a little soft spot for you being a fellow middle child :)  You're still a total mamas boy and love a good snuggle.  Blankie and paci are a must and are in tow with you wherever you go.  Our little Banando we sure do love you tons and tons and look forward to what you have in store!!!

Birthday morning donut
He wasn't quite sure what to do about the candle
Then got it figured out though
Very excited about presents and to be without clothes

He was almost too enthralled with his new rocket and Mater to have anything to do with his cake

Finally he decided it peaked his interest though!
