We were very excited last weekend about Punkin Chunkin - and then this happened...
Snow! At one point it let up a little bit and we thought about going, but decided this was one of those times we thought it'd be ok to go out and really we'd be miserable once we were out. So instead we stayed in our sweats, had some doughnuts, watched some movies and were bums. Just the way it should be for the first snow.
Poor Chesni. She not only lost all the attention she used to get when she was the "baby" but now she's abused by the kids. Carter's always been obsessed with her and now Landon's definitely taking an interest in her. For as pesky and hyper as she is we couldn't have asked for a better dog with the kids. She withstands all the kicks, hits, ear pulling, blankies on the head, being stepped on, jumped on and whatever else happens happily and with a nice lick on the kid's face once it's all done. Such a good girl :)

He's getting closer and closer to rolling but really is so content on his back and wiggling and talking that I don't think he really cares. Carter always wanted to be on the move from the get go and very interested in toys. Landon's favorite "toy" is a burp cloth and his favorite activity is talking. Plus with those large, large thighs it's going to take quite some strength to heave himself over! He is quite a pro at lifting that head up high though!
I made Carter a little stuffed animal/monster thing the other day and he was helping me stuff it. He apparently also thought Landon needed some stuffing and decorated him like so.
