Cheese!

It's been amazing the change in weather the last couple weeks.  A couple Fridays ago we went to the Cherry Creek dog park and it was about 60 out.  A few days later it was -30 with the windchill.  Quite a swing!

 Carter totally understands the concept of the camera now and he actually has started to like getting his picture taken.  He'll sit and pose and say cheese, let me take a picture and then immediately wants to look at it.  It's been pretty funny. 

 Mmmm...chocolate cake.  You get a very excited "YEAH!!!" from him if you ask if he wants some cake.

 Carter loves reading books before he goes to bed.  After we get in our jammies and brush our teeth he then starts to say "book, book."  It's more of a demand than anything else.  He's also started to enjoy reading to himself.  He climbs up in the chair, grabs a book and reads himself the story.  It's pretty funny to listen to him - especially with the book he has here.  It's a dinosaur book and he loves to say roar each time he turns the page.
