Here I am at about 33 1/2 weeks so not too much longer now. This little guy is super active just like his older brother was/still is. Carter liked to kick and wiggle whereas this guy likes to stretch and stretch all the way out. His feet are always poking out way over on my side with his arms reaching up on the opposite side. So for now he's kind of laying diagonally across with his head down. I thought this was uncomfortable until one day he decided to curl up and perch himself up as high in my belly as he could. That was extremely uncomfortable and I was having a hard time breathing well - luckily he also seems to find the diagonal stretched out position more comfortable so he moved on back. I'm still sleeping well but I don't think I've got much longer for that - so probably no solid 8 hours for me for the next few months! Dane and I both can't wait to meet him and are so curious to see if he's similar to Carter or if he's just completely different. I wonder if his coloring will be the same and if we end up with 2 babies with blue eyes then something crazy has happened with us genetically. I still don't really know how we ended up with one baby with blue eyes since my mom is the only one with blue eyes...she loves to claim them though! :) All my appointments have been going well and everything's coming along nicely. Carter's been going with me to the doctor's and he's usually very quiet and curious when they listen to the heart beat - he seems to be trying to figure out what the noise is. Last time at my 32 week appt. they listened and he sat there intently listening, but this time when it was done he put both arms up in the air, said YAY! and then started clapping. Apparently he thought his little brother had a really great heart beat that day and deserved some cheering. So even in utero Carter's already cheering for his brother :)
