My goal for this weekend is to try to get updated on here - I just haven't seemed to have the time lately to do it. So here's round one...
Carter was enjoying the snow the last snow storm we had. A little bit falls in when we let the dogs in and out. He then has to go investigate and of course taste it.
Daisy's favorite time with Carter is definitely meal time. She does a great job of cleaning up and of course Carter think it's hilarious when he hands her food and she licks his hand to death. It's their bonding time - otherwise when Daisy's around she pretty much avoids him. Chesni is definitely the "motherly" dog.
Dane felt like doing some putting and chipping, so Carter and I decided to go on a walk with him and join him. At first we sat at a distance and just watched.
Then Carter found a nice ball to chew on.
Then Dane decided to bring him up on the green and see what he could do...
He was mostly interested in the flag though - not learning how to golf.
Carter LOVES to drink water out of our cups and reaches for your cup if he gets close enough. This time Dane had a fruit punch crystal light sort of drink in his cup...
Which Carter thought was delicious! Messy, but good!
Grammy and Papa are constantly spoiling Carter and they decided he really needed this whale pool for the summer. This kid always makes out like a bandit when they're around. His "Easter basket" consisted of his bike and enough clothes to outfit him for the entire summer - we don't have to buy him anything else. Guess you get pretty spoiled when you're the first grandkid and you have Grammy and Papa wrapped around your little finger!
I had to blow it up to see how he liked it and found it also worked well as a little play pen :)

A few weeks ago Carter decided it was a good idea to always have his tongue sticking out. It was literally always out of his mouth unless he was eating or sleeping. It initially started out just a little bit...
But then he would stick it out all the way and just hang out/crawl around like this.
All day long - tongue hanging out. Such a goober!
