2 months!

I can't believe Landon is already two months old.  We went in for his check up on Thursday and here are his stats:

Height: 23 1/4" (60th percentile)
Weight: 13 lbs. 6.2 oz (90th percentile)
Head: 40 cm (90th percentile)

So our "little" baby is doing great.  The doctor was surprised by how much he eats, how well he sleeps and how well he stands on his legs (you don't really have to hold him up at all - just balance him).  So he's a pudgy, sleepy, strong guy.  We have the feeling he is definitely going to end up being the bigger little brother.  Though we'll see because Carter was always a chunker until he started walking and then slimmed down due to the fact that he never holds still and is too busy to ever eat.  Landon is starting to interact more and more with you.  He's full of smiles and coos and he would much rather sit and talk with you than play with toys.  Luckily he does great hanging out in his little chair because I'm constantly having to put him in there to handle one thing or another.  Poor guy rarely gets a nice quiet and peaceful time to nurse except at night when Carter is sleeping.  He's starting to become more interested in watching his big brother and I'm sure soon enough Carter will be Landon's favorite person.  He's also starting to seem to be thinking about laughing and has also started to shift his weight around, though I think it will be a while before he can heave himself over and roll over.  He is a wiggly little thing and never is holding still when he's awake.  You have to be constantly aware when you're holding him on your shoulder or you could get quite the headbutt.  I love this age when they begin to discover so much and are more alert and happy.

Check out those rolls going on

So big!

He loves to have his tummy tickled - notice the chubby, chubby cheeks too!

Brother tummy time.  Carter thought it was nap time so he shared his blankie - everyone that knows Carter knows how important blankie is to him, so this was a big deal.
